PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD

The Planning and Zoning Board (P&Z) reviews all amendments to the Pinehurst Development Ordinance, all proposed rezoning of property under the Pinehurst Development Ordinance, all proposed master land use plans for planned developments, all proposed major preliminary plats of subdivision, and all proposed major site plans, and make recommendations to the Village Council for final action. They also review and approve all applications for signage prior to the issuance of a development permit.

The Planning and Zoning Board typically meets the first Thursday of each month at 4:00 pm, with a contingent meeting scheduled the second Thursday of each month, in the Council Conference Room in Village Hall at 395 Magnolia Road. Minutes of the Planning and Zoning Board meetings are posted after approval by the Board in the Document Library.
