VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Besides the employees of the Village of Pinehurst, there are a number of volunteers filling crucial roles on a number of Boards and Commissions within the Village government. Pinehurst has the great fortune of having many residents who have served in a wide array of professions, which has given them expertise in areas that they now use to benefit our entire community.

These Boards and Commissions are the:

• Community Appearance Commission
• Community Watch
• Conservation Commission
• Historic Preservation Commission
• Planning and Zoning Board
• Zoning Board of Adjustment

LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS

Those who have been a resident of Pinehurst (or the extra-territorial jurisdiction) for at least 2 years, may volunteer to serve on any of the boards listed above. Please complete and print the application, and return it via FAX or mail to Village Clerk, Linda Brown. The application is two pages so don't forget to sign it!
